1. Copyright Protection
Meta Programs Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement committed on the StoryGPT platform.
2. How to File an Infringement Claim
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyrights, please submit a written notification containing the following details to our designated Copyright Agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material (such as the specific story URL or character name).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must be written and include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your contact information.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Meta Programs Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access of any user who repeatedly violates copyright terms or receives multiple DMCA complaints.
